焦点提醒:城镇污水处置厂消毒举措措施运转调研与优化策略 李激1, 2, 3, 王燕1, 熊红松4, 谈振娇5, 吕贞6, 郑凯凯1, 邹吕熙1, 罗国兵7, 叶亮8, 张正豪1, 王慕5 municipal WWTPs;disinfection;sodium hypochlorite;residual chlorine;fecal coliform 我国《城镇污水处置厂污染物排放尺度》(GB 18918—2002)将粪年夜肠菌群数列为出水根基节制目标之一,要求污水处置进程中必需进行消毒,以下降病原微生物对人畜发生的健康风险。为领会污水处置消毒举措措施运转的结果,对全国56座城镇污水处置厂进行了调研,阐发了消毒单位具有的问题并提出应对办法。调研成果注解,采取次氯酸钠和二氧化氯作为消毒剂的污水处置厂数目占调研总量的91.6%。次氯酸钠和二氧化氯消毒的劣势在在持久性结果较���λ�app好和运转治理相对简单。但调研数据显示,72%的污水处置厂有用氯投加量为1~4 mg/L,14%的污水处置厂有用氯投加量太高,跨越了6 mg/L;消毒接触时候≥30 min的污水处置厂仅占43%,消毒接触时候≤10 min和≤2 min的污水处置厂别离占28%和17%;另外,50%的污水处置厂未对消毒后的总余氯含量进行测试,在已检测该目标的污水处置厂中,总余氯浓度≥0.20 mg/L的占70%。针对换研中发觉的问题,连系文献报导和实验数据,提出了污水处置厂消毒举措措施优化运转建议,并瞻望了将来的首要研究标的目的,以期为城镇污水处置厂更公道地设想、运转消毒举措措施供给理论根据和手艺指点。 Since fecal coliform is one of the basic effluent control indexes inDischarge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002), disinfection is required as part of the wastewater treatment process to reduce the risk of pathogenic microorganism on human and animal health.A total of 56 municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) were investigated in this study to analyze the operation effect of disinfection facilities. Disinfection unit problems are summarized andcountermeasures are proposed. The results of this study show that 91.6% of municipal WWTPs use sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide as disinfectants which have the advantages of enhanceddurability,relatively simple operation, and management. Results also show that effective chlorine dosage wasbetween 1 mg/L and 4 mg/L in72% of WWTPs, rising to over 6 mg/L in 14% of plants.Data show that 43% ofWWTPs had more than 30 minutes disinfection contact timewhile 28% and 17% hadcontact times less than ten minutes and two minutes, respectively. In addition, 50% of WWTPs did not test total residual chlorine after disinfection; and thisconcentration was higher than 0.20 mg/L in 70% of testedplants. In view of the issuesrevealed by this study, a number of suggestions for the optimal operation of WWTP disinfection facilities are proposedbased on the literature and new experiment data.Future research directions are also proposed inorder to provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the design and operation of municipal WWTP disinfection facilities.
